Specifications of the alleged OnePlus Nord 3 have appeared online. The upcoming device would have a much larger screen than its predecessors.

OnePlus Nord 3 specifications leaked’

The OnePlus 11 will soon be released in Europe, but a new Nord smartphone will also appear later this year. The first specifications and a schematic drawing of this Nord 3 have now been leaked. The information comes smartphone insider Digital Chat Station which is more likely to share details about unannounced smartphones.

As can be seen in the picture below, the OnePlus Nord 3 will have a large screen with thin bezels and a small camera hole at the top. The successor to the Nord 2T also has three cameras on the back and one more alert slider. OnePlus omitted this physical button – with which you switch between sound profiles – with the 10T.

According to the information, the Nord 3 has a large screen of 6.74 inches. That’s a lot bigger than the Nord 2 and Nord 2T’s displays, which measure 6.43 inches. The screen would be ‘flat’; so no rounded edges are present. The refresh rate is reportedly at 120Hz, which is an improvement over the Nord 2(T), which has to do with 90Hz.

Furthermore, the new OnePlus phone would have a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 processor. The main camera should have a resolution of 50 megapixels. In addition, the Nord 3 may be equipped with an 8-megapixel wide-angle lens and another 2-megapixel lens. The source also talks about a battery of 4500 or 5000 mAh, 100 Watt fast charging and Android 13.

Successor of the Nord 2T

The Nord 3 follows the Nord 2T released in May last year. The Nord 2T is very similar to its predecessor, the Nord 2, but has a number of improvements. For example, the smartphone is a fraction faster and the camera takes better photos in the dark. The phone gets – because it is newer – longer Android updates.

Furthermore, the Nord 2T charges a bit faster thanks to the 80 Watt fast charging option. As a result, the phone only needs 27 minutes to pump a completely empty battery back up. For comparison: the OnePlus 11 can charge quickly with 100 watts and is fully charged again in 25 minutes.
