The caption can be used in all files forwarded by WhatsApp

The portal shared a screenshot of what the app calls “Forward media with caption.”
This feature is useful for quickly locating a media file that we have forwarded or that have been forwarded to us in our chats. When the user tries to share one of these documents, a new interface will appear in the form of a message bar at the bottom. In this way, we can add a specific title or text to make it easier to locate it.
If you do not want to add a title, just press the “discard” option that is also shown at the bottom of the message box.
