Xiaomi launches its own family of QLED TVs with Google TV

Xiaomi has presented its new television series Q2 during their world event in Munich, Germany.

With three different sizes, Xiaomi is trying to provide high-end equipment, but with competitive prices in the market.

This is the new Xiaomi TV Q2 series

The new family comes with “quantum dot” display technology, which promises better image quality with resolution up to 4K ultra HD.

Its added technology is Dolby VisionTM IQ which, with ambient light sensors, can intelligently detect the brightness of the environment and make the appropriate adjustments to the image.

The Serie Xiaomi TV Q2 it’s based on google tv which is powered by 2GB of RAM, 16GB of storage, and an undisclosed SoC that combines four ARM Cortex-A55 CPU cores with a Mali-G52 MC1 GPU.

Models and Prices

The televisions come in 50, 55 and 65-inch models, although, unfortunately, they only reach 60 hertz.

Prices range from $699 for the 50”, $799 for the 55” and $899 for the 65” model.
